Family:
Grandmother:
We know that Fleur's grandmother is a veela, and that Fleur's wand contains one
of her hairs. We do not no wether she is still alive or any personal details
about her.
Mother:
Fleur's mother is part veela, the only mention of her through out the books is
when the champions meet their families before the third and final task. Once
again we do not no any of her personal details like name ect.

appearance in the 7th book at the wedding.
